Sebastian Sutch, a senior at Cate School in California, took third in the Division 5 boys final by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:25.5 at Woodward Park in Fresno at the CIF State Cross Country Championships. Sutch elevated from 34th place last year in 16:37.7, helping Cate School finish 11th place as a team with 309 points.
